WARRINGTON Youth Zone (WYZ) has received the amazing support of Redwood Bank as Impact Patron for a second successive year, continuing its vital support for the charity’s work, with over 5,000 young members benefiting each year.
Redwood Bank has been actively involved with WYZ since 2025, supporting a range of initiatives, including volunteering and participation in the £50 Seed Fund Challenge. The bank’s directors were invited to take part in a ‘Come Dine with Me’ experience, where they enjoyed a full menu of delicious food cooked entirely by young people. Young members were also treated to rugby tickets, giving young them an opportunity to enjoy some live sporting action.
From their Warrington office, Redwood Bank serves British SMEs, offering competitive business savings accounts and residential investment and commercial mortgages. It prides itself on providing support to the local community through their involvement with WYZ.

The Head of Fundraising at Warrington Youth Zone, Jamie Patterson, explains how Redwood Bank makes a difference to the young members: “I am over the moon that Redwood Bank have decided to continue to support Warrington Youth Zone, for a second year. Their generous donation will help us to continue providing a safe space, inspiring activities, and also trusted youth workers who are there when they’re needed the most. Alongside a very generous donation, they’ll also be getting stuck in with volunteering, and our events here at the Youth Zone, which is lovely to see. I’m looking forward to growing our partnership, together we will transform so many young lives across Warrington!”
Alex John, ESG Manager at Redwood Bank, added, “Warrington Youth Zone continues to show what is possible when young people are given the space, support and belief to realise their potential. Every visit reminds us how much talent and determination sits within this community and why sustained investment in youth services matters. Our ongoing support is about more than funding. It is about standing with an organisation that changes lives every day and helping create opportunities that will stay with young people long into the future. We are proud to continue our partnership and to play a small part in the incredible work WYZ delivers.”
Warrington Youth Zone is a charity that relies entirely on the generosity of individuals and organisations to deliver this vital community resource.
