Police issue Dispersal Order to tackle anti-social behaviour at Chapelford

POLICE in Warrington have issued a Dispersal Order covering the Chapelford area of the borough following ongoing issues involving youths creating anti-social behaviour.

Over recent weeks they’ve received a number of reports about youths causing Anti‑Social Behaviour in and around the Chapelford area, including kicking at residents’ doors and throwing items over cars.

On Friday night officers visited several addresses linked to individuals believed to be involved. they will continue to patrol the area and take action against anyone responsible.

A Dispersal Order was put in place from 3pm yesterday (Sat 7th Feb) until 9 am Monday 9th February.
This allows officers to direct anyone suspected of being involved in ASB to leave the area.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “Thank you to residents who have reported incidents so far — please continue to report any concerns to us on 101 or 999 in an emergency.”
