LADY members of Leigh Golf Club, Culcheth, held a special evening dedicated to health and wellbeing – supported by Holland and Barrett.
About 45 members attended what proved to be an informative, engaging and enjoyable event.
the evening focused on practical ways to improve general health, including advice on achieving a better night’s sleep. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn more about their own body composition, exploring fat, muscle and metabolism in an accessible and supportive setting.
Funds were raised in support of Lady Captain Amanda Reid’s chosen charity for the year, St Rocco’s Hospice in Warrington, helping to support the vital work they do within the local community.
