A man has been charged in connection with a number of vehicle thefts across Cheshire and Staffordshire, including Warrington.
Lileikis Edvinas was arrested on Tuesday, 16 December and has since been charged with conspiracy to steal motor vehicles.
The 39-year-old of Little Barn Lane, Mansfield, was subsequently remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday, 15 January.
The charges relate to eight vehicle thefts in Cheshire and Staffordshire between Tuesday, 18 November, and Tuesday, 16 December.
The thefts included incidents in Ellesmere Port, Chester, Warrington, Crewe, and two in Wilmslow, along with a further two incidents in Stoke-on-Trent.
