Latchford Albion Giants secured a home play-off semi-final after racking up a 58-22 victory over Blackpool Scorpions at the weekend.
The damage was done in the first half with the hosts holding a 26-8 advantage at the break thanks to tries from Fin Crowe, Josh Barnard, Mason Bonney and Sean Withington with Dave Manfredi adding conversions and a penalty.
The second half continued the same.
Sean Withington crossed again before the tries continued from Logan Lagar, Ethan Gaffney, Alfie Kennedy and Fin Crowe registered his brace, Manfredi adding the extras with a final score of 58-22.
Credit must be given to the visitors who remained competitive throughout and were rewarded with three second half tries.
Albion’s focus now turns to this Saturday when they host Saddleworth Rangers A with a place in the Division One final on offer.
The game will be held at Victoria Park with kick off time to be confirmed.
