EMERGENCY services were called out following reports of a lorry overturning on a roundabout causing an oil spillage on Winwick Road, Warrington.
At 22:10 on Tuesday night one fire engine from Warrington attended at the scene after being called to a lorry that had overturned on a roundabout.
All occupants were safely out of the vehicle on arrival and were assessed by paramedics at the scene.
Firefighters used specialist environmental equipment to absorb oil that had spilled from the vehicle before making the vehicle safe.
Police also attended and closed the road while the incident was dealt with.
