TWO fire crews were called out to tackle a bin lorry fire in Warrington earlier today, Wednesday.
At 08:01 fire crews from Penketh and Birchwood attended the incident on Grey Street following reports of a fire in a bin lorry.
The contents of the lorry had been tipped out and firefighters separated and cooled the waste using a hose reel jet.
A thermal imaging camera was used to check for hotspots.
