Plan for five-bed HMO above commercial premises on Bridge Street

PLANS have been received to create a five-bed House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) on Bridge Street, Warrington.

The Full Planning application involves the change of use from Commercial (Use Class E) to a mixed-use development comprising the retention of the existing commercial unit at ground floor level (Use Class E) and the conversion of part of the ground floor together with the first and second floors to form a 5-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Use Class C4), including the installation of a new access door to the rear elevation.
The application is being made by Read Properties Ltd on behalf of Timothy Witt (Invest Multilet & PPB Ltd) at Safis, on Bridge Street, Warrington.
The application is currently being considered by Warrington Borough Council planning officers and dealt with under delegated powers.
