Bovis Homes, part of Vistry, is expanding its local footprint with its Heatherfields development set to launch at Peel Hall Garden Village, Warrington, this summer.

Heatherfields will mark Bovis’s first collection of homes in Warrington. The three and four-bedroom homes will launch sales this summer, looking to appeal to a range of home-buyers looking for a high-quality home in a well-connected neighbourhood.
Bovis Homes, the heritage housebuilder, is renowned for handcrafted, premium homes designed with tradition in mind. Homes at Heatherfields are also set to prioritise energy efficiency through savings of up to £420 a year on energy bills and features including solar panels and electric vehicle chargers on selected plots.
When complete, Peel Hall Garden Village will include 1,200 homes located in north Warrington. Situated between Manchester and Liverpool, the development is expected to appeal to those looking for a balance between accessibility to major cities and the countryside.

Matthew Parkes, Managing Director at Vistry Manchester and Cheshire East, commented: “Bringing the Bovis Homes brand to Warrington for the very first time is the next crucial step in our expansion. Peel Hall Garden Village offers homebuyers more than just a new postcode; it’s a growing community that we want people to feel excited to be a part of.
“Heatherfields offers buyers the chance to live in a premium-quality home that differs from the options currently available in the Warrington market. With its strong focus on energy efficiency and excellent connectivity to both Manchester and Liverpool, Heatherfields is perfectly positioned to meet the demands of modern home-buyers.”
