Nu‑Tech’s Engineering & Technology Solutions Exhibition returns to Birchwood Park on Wednesday 13th May, bringing together the very best of engineering and technology expertise supporting the UK’s nuclear sector.

Taking place from 10:00am to 2:30pm in a purpose‑built marquee outside EngineRooms, this free‑to‑visit event is the first of two Nu‑Tech‑organised exhibitions taking place this year.
With over 70 specialist exhibitors, the exhibition is recognised as one of the most comprehensive independent nuclear exhibitions held across the North West.
Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of technologies and solutions, including nuclear engineering and decommissioning, process control and instrumentation, valves and mechanical systems, electrical and power infrastructure, cabling and connectivity – as well as workforce and supply chain support.
Linda Welsby leasing manager at Birchwood Park, said: “We are thrilled to welcome back Nu-Tech this year. What makes this event so valuable is the opportunity it creates for people across the Nuclear sector to come together in one place – to share expertise, spark new conversations and explore the technologies shaping the future of nuclear.
Bringing this breadth of capability together under one roof is incredibly powerful, and that spirit of collaboration is something Birchwood Park is known for. We’re delighted to be hosting an event that reflects both the strength of our occupier community and the wider momentum of the North West and UK nuclear sector.”

Birchwood Park is celebrating 80 Years of Nuclear, marking eight decades since the first meeting of the UK’s atomic energy programme on the 4th February 1946, in a disused canteen at the Risley site – now known as Birchwood Park.
As Birchwood Park celebrates its heritage at the heart of the North West’s nuclear sector, events such as Nu Tech’s exhibition highlight the innovation, expertise, and collaboration that continue to shape the industry’s future.
The event is free to attend, with complimentary refreshments available throughout the exhibition period inside the marquee.
