LOCAL groups, schools, charities and worthy causes serving Grappenhall Heys, Warrington can apply for a share of a £10,000 community fund.

This fund aims to empower and strengthen the community around Redrow’s new Grappenhall Hey development by providing financial aid to projects that make a difference. Its launch comes ahead of the opening of Alderbrook Manor this summer.
“We’re eager to hear about the fantastic community work happening across Warrington,” said Amanda Jones, head of sales at Redrow NW.
“The Grappenhall Heys Community Fund is open to all not‑for‑profit groups operating within or supporting the people of Warrington with a share of £10,000 available to back local initiatives.
“Community shapes where people choose to live and we hope this fund will strengthen local connections, empower meaningful projects and create a lasting positive impact in Warrington.”

Previous Redrow funding across the North West has helped schools, charities, youth groups, sports teams and individuals at the very heart of the community, providing a range of resources.
Once complete, the development, located south of Curzon Drive, Keepers Road and Boddington Drive, will feature 237 new homes. Properties will come in a range of one to five-bedroom bespoke homes adapted from Redrow’s Heritage range, including 30% affordable homes.
