One person trapped following two-vehicle collision at Lymm

FIREFIGHTERS were called out following reports of one person being medically trapped following a two-vehicle collision at Lymm on Friday morning.

At 10:02, two fire engines from Lymm and Birchwood attended the incident involving a collision between two cars near Brookfield Road, Lymm.

One person who was medically trapped was assisted from their vehicle, and two casualties were assessed by paramedics. Both vehicles were made safe, and the incident was left with the police.

Cheshire Police confirmed: At around 10am on Friday 24 April, police were called to reports of a collision involving a red Hyundai I10 and a silver Toyota Yaris at the junction of Brookfield Road, Lymm, Warrington.
“Both drivers involved in the collision sustained minor injuries and were assessed by paramedics. No arrests were made.”
