Bright Horizons Callands Day Nursery and Preschool in Callands, Warrington, has organised a community book hunt, hiding children’s books around the local area for families to discover and take home.
Charlotte, Deputy Manager at Bright Horizons Callands Day Nursery and Preschool, said: “Over the past few days, we’ve been hiding children’s books around our local community for families to discover and take home.
“This initiative is all about promoting early literacy and a love of reading, while recognising that not every child has access to books at home. Finding a book can be such a magical moment for a child – and we hope these little surprises spark curiosity, imagination, and story time together.
“If you find a book, it’s yours to keep, read, and enjoy!”
