THE final homes on Warrington’s popular Rivers Edge development have been been released by builders Countryside Homes.

Since launch, the two, three and four-bedroom homes have proved popular with a range of homebuyers, attracting attention from locals and those further afield.
A significant number of homeowners moving from across the country and internationally to live at the development on Slutchers Lane.
Located just south of the town centre, on the banks of the Mersey, its popularity has largely been attributed to its ideal location: 0.9 miles from Warrington Bank Quay railway station, and 30 minutes from Liverpool or Manchester by train.
The final homes are a collection of three and four-bedroom properties – including the Dene, Oakham, New Walton, and Blyth house types – all featuring Countryside Homes’ high-quality specification, iconic skylight windows and French Doors. Prices currently start at £405,000 for full ownership homes.
Countryside Homes is part of the Vistry Group, and Jen Burns, sales and marketing director at Vistry Merseyside and Cheshire West, said: “Rivers Edge has been an incredibly successful development for us; we’re really pleased with how popular it has been with a wide range of buyers. Its prime location in Warrington, a vibrant town known for its excellent transport links, thriving job market, and a wide array of amenities, has made it the ideal spot for homebuyers from near and far.”
Rivers Edge is offering a 5 per cent financial boost on selected homes and a £99 reservation fee on all properties to reduce the upfront costs associated with buying a new home. The 5 per cent financial boost is currently available on the three-bedroom New Walton house type.
