THREE fire crews were called out to reports of a fire at a recycling plant in Latchford, Warrington on Saturday afternoon.
At 12:22, crews from Widnes, Birchwood and Lymm attended at the recycling premises on Thelwall Lane, Latchford.
Firefighters extinguished a fire involving a conveyor belt and recycling material using breathing apparatus and a hose reel.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Later in the day at 17:03 crews from Lymm and Warrington were called to reports a fire involving bales of hay at Winwick Lane, Winwick.
Firefighters were called to a fire involving approximately 20 hay bales in a field in Warrington. A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire.
