Dementia specialist Belong at Home Warrington has been named one of the North West Top 20 home care providers, with a perfect 10 out of 10 review score, as well as ranking in the UK’s top home care groups for an eighth year in a row.
Based on customer and family reviews on leading reviews website, Homecare.co.uk, Belong at Home teams throughout the North West and West Midlands have been named in the country’s Top 20 Large & Mid-size Home Care Groups 2025 – the only not-for-profit service in the country to have won the award every year since 2018.
The wife of one customer wrote: “We are very lucky with the carers that come to us. They are professional, efficient, kind and caring. Everyone without exception always asks if there’s anything else they can do for us before they leave. They also check that I’m ok, which means a lot.”
Another customer said: “The service I receive is excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased, and I certainly couldn’t do without it. The lovely staff are always happy and cheerful. It’s a pleasure to see them – like welcoming an old friend into our home.”
Supporting people in their homes in and around Warrington, as well as those residing in the Belong village apartments, Belong at Home provides one-to-one personal care, housekeeping, food preparation, as well as running errands, helping with excursions, offering companionship, all with the goal of enabling customers to maintain their independence. The team also provides transport for those who wish to take advantage of the Experience Days day care service at their local Belong village.
