Police have released CCTV images following a knifepoint robbery at a betting shop in Latchford.

At 8.53pm on Friday 6 June a man entered Betfred on Reynolds Street and pulled out a knife before demanding money from the member of staff.
The man escaped with a large quantity of cash and was last seen riding away on a dark coloured bicycle heading towards Newman Street and Broadbent Avenue.
The suspect is described as white, 6ft 3ins tall and of a large build.
He was wearing a black thick black coat, dark navy pants, a black wool hat with a white Nike logo, a black face covering and blue and yellow gardening gloves.
He had a Lancashire accent, possibly Wigan or Bolton.

DC Ian Pashar said: “The suspect was very over-dressed for this time of year and we’re hoping this stood him out to anyone who may have been in the area at the time.
“I’d urge anyone who has any information on the identity of the suspect or has dashcam footage which may be of use to our investigation to contact us so we can find the person responsible.”
Anyone with information should contact Cheshire Police on 101 or the website quoting IML 2105698. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
