VARIOUS road closures and highway restrictions will come into force this Bank Holiday weekend for the Neighbourhood Weekender music festival.
The event will see thousands of music fans travel to the Neighbourhood Weekender event in Victoria Park, with James headlining on Saturday and the Sterophonics on Sunday, alongside a whole host of other acts.

The Order will be effective from Saturday 24th May 2025 for a period of 3 days as detailed in this notice. The restrictions will be in place as and when the signs are in place on site. Access will be under the control of the Event Organiser for the duration of the event.
The alternative route will be via Priestley Street, Froghall Lane, Midland Way, Manchester Road, Kingsway North, Kingsway South and vice versa or via Midland Way, Froghall Lane, Priestley Street, Sankey Way, Liverpool Road, Parker Street, Wilson Patten Street, Slutchers Lane, Chester Road, Walton New Road, Walton Road and vice versa.
The restrictions are required to facilitate The Neighbourhood Weekender Music Festival.
