Air ambulance attends as one casualty trapped following collision at Lymm

THE North West Air Ambulance attended a two-vehicle collision at Lymm following reports of one person being trapped.

Emergency services, including three fire engines from Warrington, Stockton Heath and Lymm, attended the scene of the collision on Rectory Lane, yesterday (Monday) at 15.54.

Fire crews attended the two-vehicle road traffic collision involving three casualties. One casualty was trapped in a vehicle.
North West Ambulance Service and the Air Ambulance also attended, providing casualty care while firefighters used their cutting tools to do a full side removal to free them.
The road was closed while the emergency services attended at the scene.
