Fire started on playground at Latchford

FIREFIGHTERS were called out yesterday evening (Tuesday) following reports of a fire on a playground at Latchford, Warrington.

At 18:42 one fire crew from Warrington attended reports of a fire off Mort Avenue, Latchford.

Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish a small fire on a playground. Police will be informed as it is believed to be a deliberate ignition.

  1. Far too many deliberate fires being started nowadays the kids have nothing to do and there isn’t enough local bobbies checking up on what they are doing
