THREE fire crews were called out last night (Friday) following reports of a fire in a flat at Lymm with reports of persons inside the building.
At 21:47 crews from Warrington, Lymm and Altrincham attended the flat on Hopefield Road.
A call to a fire in a flat and persons inside required firefighters to attend as an emergency.
On arrival, they found a small fire involving a bin and used a hose reel. They cleared the smoke with a large fan and checked the flat for signs of heat damage. Paramedics attended and checked one person.
