Makers Market is back with something for everyone

THE first Warrington Makers Market of 2025 will take place at Time Square on Sunday, February 9 – and promises a wide range of artisan small businesses from all over the North West.

After that, the Makers Market will be back on the second Sunday of every month.
A spokesperson said: “We will be showcasing a wide array of talent with live music by Jack Hamilton and 70 artisan traders including bakers, makers and creators.
“ You will be spoilt for choice at this family-friendly event. There is plenty for the mini marketeers too with free art making by Sarah’s Crafts and facepainting by Enchanted Faces.”

Some of the food on offer will be: Liverpool rum, cookie pie, sausage rolls, liqueurs, cheesecakes, fruit & veggie boxes, scotch eggs, brownies, pies, pasties, curries, samosas, onion bhajis, doughnuts, cookies, blondies, tray bakes, croissants, German sausages, loaded fries, cheese, black puddings, spirits, Jamaican patties, cinnamon rolls, hot sauce, sourdough, baklava, Portuguese tarts and jams.
There will also be handmade products including: art prints, jewellery, homeware, stationary, ceramics, felt decorations, garlands, children’s clothing, resin items, dog treats and accessories, upholstery, socks, mental health message hoodies, soaps, candles, jewellery boxes, stained glass art, woodcraft, wax melts, crochet, plants and plant pots and skincare.
Cheshire Wildlife Trust will be present showcasing their work and how people can get involved.
Furry friends are also welcome as the markets are all dog friendly.
