IT’S January and that means it’s Panto time at Warrington Parr Hall with this year’s offering, Cinderella, providing fun for all the family.
Featuring Anne Hegerty from ITV’s The Chase as the Fairy Godmother, this panto has all the fun, magic, and laughter you expect from a classic fairy tale.
The show follows the familiar story of Cinderella as she tries to win Prince Charming’s heart with some help from her best friend Buttons and the magical Fairy Godmother. Anne Hegerty is fantastic as the Fairy Godmother, adding lots of humour and charm to the role. Her witty lines and magical moments had the audience laughing out loud.
Starring Stockton Heath’s own Christopher Pym as Prince Charming, the show also sees the return of Daniel Dean as Buttons, who is back by popular demand. Buttons is full of energy and humour, making him the perfect sidekick for Cinderella. His playful interactions with the audience and lovable antics kept everyone smiling. The Ugly Sisters are wonderfully silly and over-the-top, providing plenty of laughs as they engaged with the audience.
The show is packed with catchy songs, funny jokes, and lots of audience interaction, making it fun for all the family, from young kids to grandparents. The set and costumes are bright and colourful, creating a magical fairy-tale world that everyone will love.
