AN unusual pig-themed Christmas decoration display is drawing residents to a house in Appleton, Warrington.

The lights are the brainchild of nursery worker Kirstie Cleaver, 54, a mother of two children, who collects pigs.

The centrepiece of the decorations are flying pigs with Santa hats that are lit up in their front garden.
The flying pigs are a staple of her annual Christmas decorations in Dingleway, Appleton.
This year it features decorated gingerbread houses, fake snow and candy canes.

She’s so obsessed with pigs that she even has a private pig-related car registration plate reflecting her hobby and the car is filled with toy pigs.
The Christmas lights have been delighting residents on the Living In Stockton Heath page on Facebook with many praising the creativity.
Kirstie collects donations for St Rocco’s Hospice with a bucket collection for residents who enjoy the lights. Donations can also be made online via Click here

And a parent said: “My two children look for the flying pigs and snowman/snowdog every day on the way to school. We love this house!”
