PopVox choir’s founder, TV presenter Emma Nowell, wrote and performed the track along with singers from Warrington.

The heartwarming festive anthem Believe (It’s Christmas) is currently at number five in the download charts, as of Sunday.
The choir has singers who meet throughout the north west, including Warrington, where they are led by Emma Nowell. Branches also meet in Liverpool, Stockport and Chester.
Warrington member Caroline Berry, who is based in Stockton Heath, explained the song got to number five on Sunday in the official UK charts for downloads which is “incredible.”
She said: “To get to the number one spot on the main chart we need video views, downloads, streams.
“We are up against huge artists so this is a challenge and a half.
“So if you have a few minutes today, please play our song Believe (it’s Christmas) by PopVox choir, you can download it from all music download places.
“We have members from all over Warrington.”

She said DJ Taxi Mike played the song twice on Friday night at the London Bridge in Stockton Heath and said it was “great.”
All proceeds from the sale of the single will support the children’s charity Brainwave, which provides individualised therapy programmes for children with disabilities and additional needs across the UK.
PopVox choir meets on Wednesday evenings at Stockton Heath Primary School in West Avenue and has members from across the town.
The recording is a magical, upbeat, and irresistibly catchy Christmas anthem.
PopVox Founder, actor, and singer-songwriter Emma Nowell shared her excitement: “I’m so proud of the PopVox members who have poured their hearts into this project,” she said. “We have been humming and singing this tune for months, and now the world gets to hear it! Supporting Brainwave means so much to PopVox – let’s get this single to number one and make a real difference to the children Brainwave support.”
The bid for the Christmas number one is being supported by popular singer Olly Murs, who is a patron of the charity.
Keith Sinclair, CEO of Brainwave said: “We all love the song and are so grateful to Emma for choosing to support us. All our income is self-generated and in these challenging times funds like these are vital in enabling us to continue helping children with disabilities and additional needs to reach their potential. Please download the single today to help us reach number one!”
