WARRINGTON-based theatre company Soup Productions is returning to the stage later this month with its newest pantomime “The Legend of Robin Hood”
The panto tells the classic story of the famous outlaw who robbed the rich and gave to the poor, but this time told through panto shenanigans and exciting dance numbers.
Robin has his hands full as he must do battle with the evil Sheriff of Nottingham and the greedy Prince Kardashian. He must also win the hand of the beautiful Maid Marian. This is an action-packed show, with plenty to entertain all members of the family.
It has been a busy 12 months since Soup returned to the stage last year with ‘Little Red’, as they have achieved rave reviews and a loyal following for their subsequent shows ‘Smiler’ and ‘Chicken’, which were commissioned as part the Warrington Pride festivities earlier this year. Soup has no signs of stopping, with a range of shows and projects lying ahead for 2025, including an adaptation of Sherlock Holmes.
Soup is a theatre company that specialises in originally written work and projects. Its members are heavily involved with the group, whether it’s set design or choreography or production, everyone gets stuck in and aims to get the best result from their shows.
