WARRINGTON-based Happy Kids Yoga has announced plans to expand its unique children’s yoga and mindfulness program across the UK
Over the past nine years, the business has helped hundreds of children and teachers in Warrington and surrounding areas, promoting physical and emotional well-being through fun, engaging yoga classes.
After a positive response from local schools and parents, founder Jen Hoe feels it is time to share these benefits with more communities across the UK
She said: “Warrington has been the heart and soul of Happy Kids Yoga.
“We started out with just a few classes, but as parents and teachers saw the incredible impact yoga was having on children’s well-being, the demand grew quickly. We’ve seen children become more confident, better at managing their emotions, and more connected to themselves – skills that are so important in today’s fast-paced world.”
Happy Kids Yoga has partnered with numerous local schools and nurseries, introducing yoga as part of the daily routine for children. By combining movement, mindfulness, and relaxation, the program has helped children improve their concentration, develop healthy habits, and even manage anxiety. Many teachers have reported that students who participate in yoga are better able to focus in class and have a more positive attitude towards learning.
“We believe in creating a fun, non-competitive environment where children feel safe and supported.
“When kids feel good about themselves, it shows in their confidence, their ability to cope with challenges, and their interactions with others. That’s what HappyKids Yoga is all about.”
