Police alerted after motorbike fire

POLICE were called out to investigate a fire involving a motorbike at Lingley Green, Warrington.

At 06:27 yesterday, Sunday, one crew from Penketh was called out to reports of a fire at North View, Lingley Green, Warrington.

Firefighters extinguished a motorbike fire using a hose reel jet. Crews notified police of the incident.

Earlier in the day at 03:05 one crew from Warrington was called out to reports of a fire on Farrell Street, Warrington.

Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish a fire in a wheelie bin.
