THE popular Community Christmas Tree Festival at St Mary’s Church in Lymm is back this year with around 49 trees on display and runs from today, Friday 1st December.

There are lots of fabulous Christmas trees on display each adorned with festive decorations; treat yourself to tea, coffee, and delicious cakes; explore a small craft sale featuring unique handmade items.

Pupils from Statham Primary School sang popular Carols to be followed later in the day by Lymm High School Brass Band.

On Saturday there will be performances by Alley Cats ESCAPE Choir, Susan Gadd, St Mary’s Children’s Choir and Toska String Quartet. Sunday sees the Family Advent Service, Lymm and District Chorus with Toska String Quartet once again.

Whether you’re a local resident or a visitor, the St. Mary’s Christmas Tree Festival is a heartwarming way to celebrate the holiday season

Entry to the festival at the church on Church Road, Lymm, next to Lymm Dam, is free for all visitors and runs until Sunday, December 3.
