DARESBURY-based Ombudsman Services has ranked 37th in this year UK Best Workplaces Awards.
The result comes after all colleagues across the business were invited to give their feedback in a survey by Great Place to Work® UK.
Ombudsman Services has ranked among the top 50 in the Large Organisations category for the third year running – a testament to the company’s ongoing commitment to improving the employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture in which employees feel supported and valued.
The company a not-for-profit organisation providing alternative dispute resolution services in the energy and communications sectors, in addition to the Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA). The company is responsible for ensuring fair and impartial outcomes for consumers and businesses.
