PLANNNG chiefs are studying proposals for a new industrial unit on a vacant piece of land on the Gateway 49 Trade Park, off Kerfoot Street, Warrington.
The unit – which would be available for flexible employment uses – would have an associated service area, car park and other associated works.
Existing industrial and retail units adjoin the grassland site to the north, south east and north west
The application which is to be considered by Warrington Borough Council planners has been submitted by Network Spaces, of Newton-le-Willows but no end user has been specified.
