TRAIN operator, Northern, is urging festivalgoers attending the Neighbourhood Weekender in Warrington to check their last trains home.
The event, which takes place in Victoria Park over the weekend of Saturday and Sunday May 28-29, is expected to attract thousands of people for headline sets by Courteeners, Kasabian and Blossoms.
My Chemical Romance will also be performing in Victoria Park on the evening of Friday May 27.
Northern operates late night services from both Warrington Central and Warrington Bank Quay, both of which are a 25-min walk from Victoria Park.
The last services on Friday, May 27 are:

• Warrington Central to Manchester: 00:18 (Sat a.m.)
• Warrington Bank Quay to Manchester: 23:50
• Warrington Bank Quay to Chester: 22:49
The last services on Saturday, May 28 are:

• Warrington Central to Manchester: 00:15 (Sun a.m.)
• Warrington Bank Quay to Manchester: 22:20
• Warrington Bank Quay to Chester: 23:48
The last services on Sunday, May 29 are:

• Warrington Central to Manchester: 23:05
• Warrington Bank Quay to Manchester (Piccadilly): 22:33

All these services are expected to be extremely busy.

Northern is the second largest train operator in the country, with nearly 2,000 services a day to over 500 stations across the North of England.
