PLANS for a single, two-storey building offering flexible employment space have been submitted on land at the Lingley Mere Business Park, Warrington.
The scheme, which envisages light or general industrial use, storage or distribution, involves a 1.81 hectare site to the west of Omega Boulevarde.
It would include 88 parking spaces, with 10 electric vehicle charging bays .
Applicant PBBE Warrington BV – based in Amsterdam – also propose landscape planting on the site which is currently unused.
The proposals have been submitted to Warrington Borough Council planning department and are currently being considered.
