THREE more COVID-19 related deaths have sadly been reported at Warrington Hospital over the weekend, while infection rates have continued to fall.
The 99 (66) COVID-19 cases reported by the UK Health Security Agency take the total number of cases recorded in Warrington since the start of the pandemic to 66,722 (66,623).
Infection rate figures over a seven-day period have fallen slightly again to 778 (794) – 371.5 (379.2) per 100,000 population and remain below the national average of 488.9 (507.8) per 100,000 which continue to fall.
While three more deaths have been reported over the weekend, inpatient numbers have risen from 60-61, including two in intensive care, while eleven patients were discharged.
