Crouchley Lane Lymm set to close while BT carries out maintenance work


A stretch of Crocuhley Lane at Lymm is set to close next Monday, for up to one week, while BT carries out maintenance work in the area.

Warrington Borough Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Crouchley Lane from its junction with Higher Lane to its junction with Mag Lane.

The Order will be effective from next Monday, December 13 for one week, between 9:30am and 3:30pm, when signed on site.

Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.

The alternative route will be via Crouchley Lane, Higher Lane, High Legh Road, West Lane, Beechtree Lane and vice versa. The closure is required to allow British Telecom to carry out maintenance work.
