0

A LYMM road is set to face road closures for up to two weeks while British Telecom carry out cabling works in the area.

Warrington Borough Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Crouchley Lane from its junction with Mag Lane to its junction with Kay Lane.
The Order will be effective from 4th November 2021 for two weeks, when signed on site.
Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.
The alternative route will be via Crouchley Lane, Higher Lane, High Legh Road, West Lane, Beechtree Lane and vice versa.
The closure is required to allow British Telecom to renew ducting to carry out spine cabling works.
