WARRINGTON Rotary Club’s popular Oktoberfest is back in full swing after an absence of two years due to the pandemic.

Club President Sam Addison was on hand to pull the first-pint last night (Thursday) at the town’s Parr Hall with the event continuing tonight Friday, and tomorrow, Saturday from 12 noon, with live music and refreshments also available.
As well as a variety of real ales there is also a Gin & Fizz bar.
Admission costs £7 which includes a souvenir pint glass with all profits donated to good causes.
The event has helped raise tens of thousands of pounds over the years.
