ONE more COVID-19 related patient has sadly died at Warrington Hospital since yesterday, while 183 new cases have been confirmed in the town as infection rates continue to rise.
The 183 (128) new cases reported by Public Health England, takes the total number of cases in Warrington since the start of the pandemic to 31,675 (31,492).
Infection rates in Warrington for the last seven days have risen again to 1,018 (965) – 486.2 (460.8) per 100,000 population over a seven-day period and remain above the national average of 363.3 (354.6) per 100,000, which has also risen.
