Family’s tribute to teenage motorcyclist who died after crash

THE family of a 19-year-old Harry Abbey who died in a collision in Warrington have paid tribute to him.

Harry Abbey, from Warrington, was the motorcyclist involved in a collision with a Ford Fiesta and combine harvester at the junction of Hollins Lane and Watery Lane, Winwick,  at 11.54am on Wednesday July 21.
Sadly, he died at the scene.
His family, who are now being supported by specialist officers, have issued the following tribute to him: “Harry Abbey, aged 19, died on Wednesday, July 21 following a fatal road traffic accident.
“He lived at home with his Mum, his Dad, and his brother.
“He was so loved and will be truly missed by all his family and friends.
“Harry lived life on his terms, he made friends easily and was true and supportive to each and every one of them. His untimely death leaves a gaping hole in all our lives.”
Police want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or may have captured relevant dashcam footage.
