WHILE four more COVID-19 deaths have sadly been reported at Warrington Hospital since yesterday the 22 new cases confirmed in the town is the lowest number since September, continuing a downward trend.
The 22 (41) new cases in the latest daily update from Public Health England means the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases reported in Warrington since the start of the pandemic is now 16,667 (16,645).
The 22 new cases are the lowest number since September 12th when 21 cases were confirmed.
Cases in Warrington for the last seven days, previous days/updates in brackets, are 384 (391) – 182.8 (186.2) per 100,000 population, continuing a downward trend over a seven-day period. This compares to the national rate of 131.8 (136.5) per 100,000.
