New COVID-19 cases increase across Warrington as town’s latest hot spots revealed

THE number of new COVID-19 cases have increased or remained the same in nearly all areas of Warrington according to the latest data from Public Health England showing the town’s hot spots.

The largest increases have been seen in Culcheth West and Croft which had the equivalent rate of 930 per 100,000 population as of December 19.
Just two areas, Hulme and Fairfield & Howley have seen slight reductions.
Public Health England continues to publish Covid Test results over the holiday period and today they released the local area positive case numbers for the seven days ended December 19.
The second number (in parentheses) is the number for that area from seven days earlier (the week ending December 12).
