Police disperse large group of youths from Orford Park

POLICE moved in to disperse a large group of youths causing problems at Orford Park during a busy day for Warrington Beat Management Team.

Earlier this afternoon, one female was arrested on suspicion of GBH and a further two males were arrested on suspicion of money laundering and possession of drugs with intent to supply.
Meanwhile patrols have been assigned to routinely patrol the parks around Warrington after several recent incidents. A large group of youths was dispersed after causing issues on Orford Park.
Police say they will continue to provide a robust presence in the area throughout the week.
Members of the public are also being to contact their local ward PCSO who runs a surgery each week as an opportunity to get in touch and provide police with vital information.
