Ten years of growth lead to super new opticians

ADCOTT’S Opticians have been open in Lymm for 10 years this year – and are celebrating by moving into new, larger premises.

They have grown year-on-year and decided to move because they had outgrown their existing premises.

When the former bank building just across the road became available it was too good an opportunity to miss.

Extensive alterations and refurbishment have taken place to ensure the new premises match the state-of-the-art service Adcott’s provide.

Deborah Adcott said: “I would like to say thankful we are for our lovely, local customers choosing to support us.

“We’re lucky to have grown year on year and are really excited to be moving somewhere bigger within the village. Although we are just moving just across the road it feels like a big change for us and we are excited to be able to provide a much better service to the Lymm community and beyond. We are looking forward to see everyone in our bigger and better surroundings.

The larger premises will allow Adcott’s to open a new business upstairs and overlooking the Pepper Street car park.

This will be a craft workshop where local people will be able to learn and  practice different creative skills.

Various experts will be available to give friendly advice – and Deborah and her team will be popping in too.

She said: “This is something we are all keenly interested in and we will be frequent visitors.”
