Firefighters tackle flooding at Lymm School

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to deal with reports of flooding at a Lymm school yesterday (Friday).

One fire engine from Warrington attended at Ravenbank Primary School on Pepper Street, Lymm at around 5.20pm.

On arrival the crew found that part of the school was flooded and that the electricity supply to the building had been isolated.

Firefighters used a pump to remove the flood water from the school and were in attendance for around an hour.
