Campus concert will showcase unsigned talent

THE annual music showcase held at the Warrington Campus of the University of Chester returns tomorrow (Friday) – and will provide a diverse showcase of unsigned music artists.
Venue for Aspiration Live is Bar Twenty10 which is located on the campus.
The event gives campus music production students the opportunity to perform their best work for their peers, by merging an academic course and a creative event. This idea fused a music production group assessment with the experience of an underground concert to create an accessible fun night out at the university bar.
The showcase will feature local musicians from students on campus to those from all over the North West. These acts include: 25p Cola, K3, Wynn Warlow and We Three Kings.
Programme leader Jim Mason said: “Over the years, Aspiration Live has consistently been of a very high quality, especially for an event showcasing undiscovered, live, original music. This year will be as diverse as ever, and the students are doing everything they can to ensure a great night for everyone attending.”
Aspiration Live 2019 will take place from 9pm onwards..
