Arrested – man who returned to scene of alleged crime

A MAN was arrested in Warrington town centre today after he returned to a shop where he was alleged to have stolen a laptop on Saturday.
The man was also alleged to have verbally abused members of staff who recognised him from the previous incident.
Police said the man was also in breach of bail conditions banning from the area following two alleged thefts on Friday.
The alleged offender is now being held in custody.
