WARRINGTON Wolves back-rower Matt Davis has gone on loan to former club London Broncos on a month’s loan.

Davis, 22, signed a two-year deal with the Wolves ahead of the 2019 season and is yet to make his first team debut.

He played in the Championship for the Broncos under now Wire assistant coach Andrew Henderson.

A club statement said: “The loan period will start with immediate effect to provide more opportunity at Super League level.

“All at the club wish him well during his time away from the Wire.”

Fellow forward Luis Johnson joined Widnes on a month’s loan earlier this week.
