Trios return boosts Wolves

WARRINGTON Wolves welcome back a trio of first-teamers for their final game of the regular season away at St Helens on Thursday night.

Bryson Goodwin, Ben Murdoch-Masila and Ben Westwood have all been named in Steve Price’s 19-man squad.

St Helens are the runaway leaders of Super League and have already secured their top four place with eight games still to play – including seven in the Super 8s.

Warrington are well placed for a top four finish and a win here would lift them up to second in the table – at least until Wigan play their game this weekend.

The fixtures for the Super 8s phase of the season will be announced on August 1.

Warrington 19-man squad: Akauola, K Brown, M Brown, Charnley, Clark, Cooper, Goodwin, Hill, Hughes, G King, T King, Lineham, Livett, Murdoch-Masila, Patton, Philbin, Ratchford, Roberts, Westwood.
