Wolves ease past Bradford in Challenge Cup

WARRINGTON Wolves eased in to the sixth round of the Challenge Cup with a 54-6 win over Bradford Bulls.

Josh Charnley crossed for four tries and Bryson Goodwin scored a hat-trick as the Wolves registered a seventh successive win in dispatching their League One opponents.

They were going at more than a point a minute at 26-0 up on 24 minutes and led 30-0 at half time.

Chris Hill and Ben Currie (2) scored the other tries as Steve Price’s men crossed for 10 in total.

Goodwin added four conversions to take his personal points haul to 20.

Warrington go in the hat to be joined by last year’s top eight Super League clubs and the other eight winners of this weekend’s fifth round ties.

Four and three tries respectively for Josh Charnley and Bryson Goodwin.
