Study reveals Wolves fans getting value for money

A new study has shown that Warrington Wolves offer excellent value for money in comparison to some of their Super League rivals.

The cheapest standard adult season ticket for the Wolves is available for £255, which is £50 lower than the most expensive at Huddersfield Giants.

The Wolves’ early bird offering of a season ticket for £212 comes in cheaper than St Helens and Leeds, while the club’s price of £2.80 for a pint of lager is the lowest in the Super League.

The study by LoveMyVouchers.co.uk also looked at the cost of buying a replica shirt, a match day programme and a pie at the ground. Taking this into consideration, the average price of supporting a Super League team at home during the regular season in 2017 is £441.

LoveMyVouchers.co.uk’s Linda Firth said: “The study has highlighted the large price differences that supporters of different clubs are faced with.

“As changing teams is not an option, fans looking to save money should always consider buying their tickets early in order to benefit from the best discounts.”
